I contacted Cathy Clark at MNDOT this morning. I know that you are all wondering about this issue.
Here is the latest informaiton on the bridge construction:


 Crews poured the deck of the Ann River Bridge Thursday, Oct. 11, the concrete is currently curing. The bridge rails and approach panels still need to be done on the Ann River Bridge. There is still also some bituminous paving work to be done on highway adjacent both Groundhouse River and the Ann River Bridge. Rick says we're on target for a November 16 opening, weather permitting.
