I'm spreading the word for our newest business in town. Shake your Shape is having a Healthy Happy Hour from 4 until 6 today, offering their healthy shakes.
They are located behind Linda's Hair Salon on Forest Street. There you can also sign up to become part of the Community Weight Loss Challenge.
