Wine101: Introduction to Wines

We will cover basic topics relating to wine appreciation. A brief history of wine. How to choose, store, and present your wine. Taste and compare several wines from around the world including: Sparkling, White, Rose’, Red, and Dessert Wines. Learn the basics of wine and food pairings. An assortment of appetizers will be served.
