An informal and educational event for everyone interested in 
expanding their knowledge and love of fine wines 

Thursday, March 12, 2009
6:30pm 

We will cover the basic topics relating to wine appreciation; A brief history of wine. How to choose, store and present your wine. Taste and compare several wines from around the world including Sparkling, White, Rose', Red and Dessert Wines. Learn the basics of wine and food pairings. This is the perfect place for wine beginners to learn about wine and why it can be a life long, enjoyable experience. Experienced wine lovers can also benefit by using this evening to brush up on their wine knowledge and tasting skills. There is always something to learn about wine. The Union Street Grill will present an assortment of appetizers. You do not have to be a Northern Lights Wine Club member to attend.
