I have a request from you.
As you may know, the theme this year for the home show is "Down on the Farm". Well, I'm stretching my brain to come up with how to decorate the Civic Center with "Farm Things". I need your help. Our booth is one thing, the other is, I know that we need hay bales. Would you or anyone you know, be willing to "loan" us some hay (or straw) bales? If we could get 25 - 50 bales to place around, I think that it would be terrific! The smell and the site of it would really bring a farm feeling to the place. We also discussed a "guess the weight of ..." filling the space in with "pig" was an idea - but may be more of a problem as someone would need to take care of the animal as well as weather may be a factor (the fellow would need to be outside) -- it better not do this that weekend !!
So, to fill in the blank with a hay bale (or 2 or 3) - or something - what do you think? I am so open to suggestions, but my main point is I know that we need bales of hay (or straw). Can anyone help me here?
