[chambernews] Sportsmen's Fair meeting Tuesday Evening at 5 - chamber office

If any of you are interested in getting involved with the Sportsmen's 
Fair this year, please come to this meeting tomorrow (Tuesday, May 10th) 
at 5:00 at the Chamber Office (111 South Union Street).
Even if you have to come late, please come.

We are asking for helpers of all kinds for the show (August 27 & 28, 
just north of Mora on 65 and 250th Ave.) and your time and effort in 
volunteering before, during or after - can amount to a trade in booth 
space at the show.
We will also need volunteers _at_ the show to man the front entry, man 
the lower activity area tent, and many, many other important tasks.
This is the chamber's third year of putting on this event and it is time 
to "make it or break it".  It is imperative to us that this event become 
successful for 2011.

We hope that you will involve yourself with any of our chamber events, 
wherever you can. Your families, friends and co-workers are also 
encouraged to take part in our activities.
