[chambernews] Annual Meeting/Holiday Gathering at Bowe's

Good Afternoon!
The chamber is working on putting together an interesting & fun event 
for Tues., Dec. 6th at 5:30 pm to be held at Bowe's Restaurant and Bar. 
I would really like to find out your interest in having a speaker or 2 
to make the event something that you can actually take away something 
with. I would like to use our local businesses (you!) to share 
information with the rest of the group. For example: are any of you 
really well versed in QuickBooks and would be willing to share 20 
minutes to present information to the group? Or is there anyone who has 
used Social Media to help network - or for promotional advertising? Or 
would you have anything else that you would want to share with the rest 
of the members to enlighten us? Do you have ideas of topics that you'd 
like to learn about?
Please help me out here, if you would - as I would like to be able to 
offer you something that you feel is worthy of your time.
In any case, please - mark your calendar for December 6th as we're 
offering light hors d'oevres and the bar will be available! Postcards 
will be sent to you as well.
