Message below from Dawn Besemann - please read and let me know if you or
someone you know may be willing to take this very important position on.
Thank you.
Karen.
"Learned yesterday the couple that volunteered to coordinate the Kanabec
Salvation Army Bell ringing campaign are moving out of the county.
Any chance you know of someone, or more than one person, willing to
volunteer to help coordinate the Bell Ringing campaign?
Am asking other folks who connect with lots of people too but you know
so many people.
Maybe a recently retired business person or someone looking for a short
term volunteer position with high impact.
Duties include coordinating volunteer bell ringers’ schedules, setting
up & picking up the kettles each day, taking them to the bank for
counting and keeping track of total donations from each location and
sending thank you notes to other volunteers.
One person doesn’t have to volunteer to do everything. Duties can be
split up.
Just looking for people you think might be willing to volunteer.
Appreciate any contacts you think of."
