[chambernews] size template for coupon book

Here's what I'm using for the BOGO coupons (attached). You can get 
creative with "Buy 5 get the 6th free" or "Purchase one $25.00 haircut, 
get a bottle of shampoo FREE" or "Buy one large pizza, get a second one 
of equal or lesser value FREE!"  whatever you want!
But I would like to have the value of the BOGO added to your coupon please.
If you fit the information into the template, I can make it work just 
fine. (2.375" x 4")
Black and white (grayscale).
