[chambernews] Christmas Window Decorating Contest

Hi Everyone!
I'm just throwing this out there - I would like to roll with the 
*Christmas Window Decorating Contest* again this year and would like to 
know who of you would like to participate?

The plan is for *December 8th* (Saturday) and it will coincide with the 
*Tree Lighting Ceremony* with Santa and the horse drawn wagon/sleigh.
Again, you would all have ballots in your businesses and in the paper 
for folks to fill out to win prizes.
This year not only will we have the community judging as we have in the 
past, we'll also have one other judge - someone impartial - to make 
their decision as well.
Business winners will be given a certificate and will be put into the 
paper with a photo of their window.
We are looking for the Most Beautiful, Eye Catching, Fantastic, windows 
- with a theme that promotes the business it represents.

All of those of you who are involved, I would ask that you give a 
donation of a nice coupon or gift certificate ($10.00 minimum) to your 
business or purchase an amount in chamber cash to be used as prizes. 
Community members who judge will have the opportunity to win your prizes.

I am still working out the details...

Would you like to be part of this promotional, festive event? Please let 
me know by the end of the week - I need to get this into the paper and 
advertised as soon as possible!
