Hello,
My name is Sarah Mitchell and I am the director for the Hinckley Area 
Chamber of Commerce. I am inviting you to be a vendor at our annual 
*Hinckley's Smokin' Ribfest, held in Hinckley, Minn. at West Side Park 
on Sept. 7, from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.*

Let me give you a little background.... Ribfest has an attendance of 
1200-1500 people in past years. This year we have professional food 
vendors such as *Famous Dave's, Texas Roadhouse, Dickey's BBQ, Doc's Bar 
and Grill and Hog Wild BBQ.* The public comes to sample and vote on 
their favorite BBQ ribs, wings, pulled pork and brisket.

There is also an open class competition. We usually have 20 - 25 amateur 
teams participating in the "grill off".

Live music provided by Saint Anyway and bluegrass band from Duluth. 
There will also be door prizes announced all day long.

New this year is the addition of vendors. We are looking for nonfood 
vendors to sell their wares and spend the day with us. There is no 
electical hook ups and we suggest you bring a canopy. Cost is $20 for 
non chamber members and $10 for chamber members.
