Tickets Now On Sale For the 14th Annual KHC Tour of Gardens

Area gardeners invite you to tour their gardens from 10 am to 4 p.m. on 
Sat. July 13, 2013, get new ideas for your garden, see unique plantings 
and view a variety of garden styles.   Local Artists will have their art 
work on display and for sale in the gardens. You will be able to talk to 
the artists and find out more about the media they use, some of them 
will also be doing demos in the gardens. You must have a ticket to view 
the gardens. You get your ticket punched at each garden, when filled 
your ticket is good for 20% off your purchase at the Museum Gift Shop or 
Antique Nook through Aug. 31, 2013.

Advance tickets are now on sale at the Kanabec History Center for our 
14th Annual Tour of Gardens. There a discount on advance tickets and an 
additional discount for Kanabec History Center members. Tickets will 
also be available the day of the tour July 13 for a slightly higher

You start out your day at the Kanabec History Center to pick up your 
information packets and maps for this self guided tour. Enjoy a 
continental breakfast of homemade bread pudding, rolls, muffins, juice, 
coffee and tea, serving from 9 am to 11 am. You can also tour the 
exhibit hall, look at our gardens that are planted and maintained by the 
Mora Town and Country Garden Club including the Heritage and Siberian 
Iris Gardens.

The museum Gift Shop and Antique Nook will also be open from 9 am to 
4:30 p.m.. And don't forget to put in your bids on the silent auction 
items. You can call in throughout the day to check on bid and make new 
bids on your favorite items. Bidding ends at 4 p.m. We hope you can come 
and enjoy a great day. The Kanabec History Center is located at 805 West 
Forest Avenue in Mora.
