[chambernews] Fwd: hwy. 65 banner presentation

Please click on link below - if you haven't seen what the banners will 
look like, here's the pitch!
Lettering on the business's banners (white on blue), "Shop Locally", & 
"Downtown" (with pointer) will be top down - not bottom up like on some 
of the pics. I just haven't had time to change them all in the 
presentation.
