[chambernews] Local business recognition form

Good Morning ~
A few weeks ago I sent you all a fillable form for you to vote for your 
choice of local businesses in a number of categories. It's time to get 
those forms in! You can either fill them out and send them online 
(there's instructions on how to do that when you hit submit), or you can 
print the form out (or just the part you filled out - whatever is fine) 
and mail to me, or just pop on over and give it to me. In any case, we'd 
really like to have your votes!
I have attached it again along with the membership list, I would like 
the forms back right away, please?
