[chambernews] County Fair Booth

Dear Chamber Members,
The Chamber has again reserved our spot at the county fair this year 
(July 23 - 27). We understand that staffing is always a problem at any 
long event so we would like to ask if any of *you* would like to share 
the booth with us - having the opportunity to showcase your business at 
the fair, with much less of a time commitment.  The cost would be $20.00 
for each 1.5 hour slot and you can _take as many slots as you'd like_. 
The chamber would have some attractions to promote activity at the booth.
Would you let me know if this would be something you would commit to?
Please see the attached spread sheet to see the time layout and let me 
know when you would like to participate! First Come, First Served!

P.S. Chamber Directors, I will send you a Doodle to fill out - regarding 
these same time slots.
