*Giving back ... *the seed was planted for Favorite Cowgirl Coffee in 
May 2012, when Kathy attended her first horse camping trip.  Miles 
later, over cantering, coffee and conversation, the concept for Favorite 
Cowgirl Coffee was born.

Kathy always had a heart for service and a love for animals.  Growing up 
in Northern Minnesota, a daughter of a Navy veteran and a homemaker, 
Kathy became a wife, mother, artist and now a business owner.  Like many 
other girls, she dreamed of one day owning a horse.  Little did she know 
it would be a life-changing dream.
