[chambernews] Nominations for Business of the Year Award - please send in your nominations!!!!

Hello Again!!
Because the response has been limited, we are again asking you all to 
please fill out the attached form. We'd like to make this a success - as 
was last year - it was fun!!!
/As an incentive, everyone who fills out their forms and gets to me by 
the end of the day, Monday (9/28) will be entered into a drawing for 
$25. in chamber cash!!! /
Those of you who's I've already received forms from will be entered too, 
of course!

Here's the info again, on the event:



We're ready for your votes again this year!
We are planning the annual Mora Area Chamber Business Gala for Thursday, 
November 5th at Bowe's so please mark your calendars as BOOKED for that 
evening!
5:pm cocktails, 5:30pm we'll start the program.
We need your NOMINATIONS by September *28th* so please use this form to 
fill in your choices and be specific about why you've chosen who you have -
your details may be a deal maker if there's a tie.
You can email it back to me, postal mail or drop it off at the chamber 
(or Vasaloppet) office.


It was a very enjoyable time last year. We plan for this year to be even 
more rewarding and fun!
Let's give our fellow business owners and non-profits credit for all 
that they do within and outside of our community! Let's enjoy the 
company of our friends and gladly meet new friends.

We'll also be among the very first to witness the revealing of the 2016 
Vasaloppet Poster.


You will be voting for the _Business_ you feel is the most _Invested_ in 
our _Community_ (not talking money here - time and effort are huge 
contributors). This business has given back, financially and/or 
physically. They have a positive general impact on the Mora Area 
(Kanabec County) and advocates for growth of the business community in 
general.

You will also be voting for the Business that has shown positive growth, 
outstanding customer service, has a positive work environment and makes 
a positive economic impact upon the local business community. This will 
be our _Business of the Year_.


We'll have a 50/50 raffle too, just like last year - but with no playing 
cards (we got our hands slapped for doing that)! We also plan to shorten 
it up a bit, so we don't have too many folks up at the podium and 
standing up front for long periods of time (we live and learn).

Salad, dinner and dessert. Dinner will  be $25.00. Nominees will receive 
one free dinner with one dinner purchased.
