Have you heard there is */financial assistance/* of up to $7,500.00 to 
help low income families increase their access to Early Childhood 
Programs? If you haven’t, we’d encourage you to attend the Early 
Learning Scholarship Information Session!

Early Learning Scholarships provides funding to income-eligible 
families, with children three and four years of age, and sometimes their 
younger siblings.  The purpose of the funding is to increase access to 
high-quality early childhood programs in order to improve school readiness.

Pine Technical & Community College is the Regional Administrator of the 
scholarships for the 5 county area of Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille 
Lacs, and Pine. We would encourage everyone who works with families and 
children in these areas to attend! This is an important resource to 
share with families of young children.

This information session may be helpful to Social Workers, Foster Care, 
Financial Assistance Workers, Mental Health or Health Care Service 
Providers, Counselors, Early Childhood Advocates, Community Members and 
Families.
