[chambernews] flowers heist in town

My 2 flower pots were vandalized last night at around 8:30. This is a 
picture of the hoodlum. Attached is the video of him stealing my plants 
and giving them to his child to run to his family across the street. 
Unbelievable.
If you know who he is, please notify the Sheriff's department.
