CLOUD, Minn. – Motorists travelling Highway 23 through Bock
will encounter a detour and delays as the highway is closed
between County Road 15/90<sup>th</sup> Avenue and County
Road 24/60<sup>th</sup> Avenue beginning Monday, Sept. 9.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span
style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">A
<a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="http://www.dot.state.mn.us/d3/newsrels/13/detours/hwy23_e_bock_2013detour2.pdf">signed
detour</a> will direct motorists along County Road 15/90<sup>th</sup>
Avenue, County Road 11/190<sup>th</sup> Street and County
Road 24/60<sup>th</sup> Avenue, a distance of about 5 miles.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span
style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Highway
23 will be impassable just east of Bock at Bogus Brook.
Downtown Bock, local businesses and residences will remain
accessible.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span
style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">The
closure and detour are needed as crews replace the Highway
23 Bogus Brook box culvert.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span
style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">All
lanes of Highway 23 near Bock are scheduled to open by
mid-October.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
