I received this inquiry a bit ago, but have not come to a
conclusion. Would any of you have space that you would be
interested in renting - one day a week, as stated below, from
10:30am - 8:00pm? Depending on space and size, they would be
willing to pay between $100 and $200 per month.<br>

office manager at CORE Professional Services, P.A. We
are currently looking for office space to rent for our
outpatient sex offender treatment groups in Mora. We
have taken over some programming that was previously
known as Riverwood Center. We would be looking to rent
space on Tuesdays from 10:30 am until 8 p.m. I have
included a story from our clinical director, Frank
Weber, regarding some of the work we do. </span><o:p></o:p></p>

providing these groups in 15 communities, and have

an incident at any office. We assist people with

After one group the 19 year old partner of one of the
offenders asked to speak to me. She thanked me for saving
her life and she told her story. At 15 she became
pregnant by her 19 year old boyfriend. She didn't tell
anyone who the father was, because she didn't want him to
get charged with a sexual offense. Her parents were upset
but they offered to help her out so she could finish high
school. She became pregnant for the second time by him
when she was 17, and her parents kicked her out of the
house. So she moved in to his trailer home with him and
he continued to party, while she took a job working nights
in a nursing home and she had to hire a babysitter while
she slept as he wasn't responsible enough to watch a
child. She remembered thinking on her 18th birthday, that
her life was over. Then he was charged for having sex
with another 15 year old female and was referred for sex
offender treatment. His agent was at group and told him
he would be drug tested regularly to make sure he was
staying clean. His therapist told him he needed to get a
job. So he stopped going to parties and found a job. He
was given a new understanding of his life, and a new way
of living, in treatment that he hadn't considered. His
family was criminal and she had been abandoned by hers so
we suggested they consider taking their family to a church
for some positive support. They made some healthy
friends, and an older couple offered to take their
children for a couple hours every Friday night. She said
Fridays they rent a movie and make popcorn. She can trust
him to parent the children now, so she doesn't need a
babysitter when he's home. She commented they both love
their new life, and the reason they have a new life is
because of sex offender treatment. This is what we
do.” <o:p></o:p></p>
