basics of gluten free baking. We will learn
which flours are gluten free, and the "how-to"
of achieving a quality baked product. Interested
in freshly ground, whole grain gluten-free
baking? </p>

the basics of dehydrating and
experience the how-to of dried
fruit, fruit roll-ups, granola,
dehydrated veggies, winter fresh
salsa, crispy nuts, smoothie
greens mix, crackers and more!
All of these goodies are
considered “raw” because they
are dehydrated at low temps,
meaning live enzymes are
preserved and therefore foods
retain more nutrients. This
class will inspire you with new
food preservation ideas and
meals. Lots of sampling! Dianna
will be demonstrating with the
Excalibur Dehydrator, but
technique and recipes can be
used with most any dehydrator or
oven. </span></p>
