CLOUD, Minn. – Motorists traveling Highway 47 between St.
Francis and Isanti County Road 16 will encounter delays as
segments of the road are reduced to a single lane beginning
Monday, July 6.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

lane closures will occur from sunrise to sunset daily, and

and a pilot car will allow one-way, alternating traffic
through the daily work zones. Motorists should slow down and
prepare to stop as they approach each work zone, obey the
flaggers and use caution as they follow the pilot car
