Hi Karen,

I have a seasonal office space need and was wondering if you could pass 
this on to the chamber members. I thought that there might be a company 
in town with a little too much space who would like to rent out a little 
bit of their space to help cover their fixed expenses.

Hi, my name is Jake Olson.  I work remotely from my home in Mora for a 
Tulsa company called Lukas Media. We distribute DVDs online through our 
website www.familychristianmovies.com 
<http://www.familychristianmovies.com>.  I'm hoping to find a company in 
town that would allow me to rent a work station (space for a desk, 
computer and printer) and an area that I could set up as a packaging 
area.  I would be using the packaging area to open boxes that come in, 
label DVDs with stickers and then repackage and ship the DVDs.  I will 
keep my work areas clean and tidy and will be respectful of the 
priorities of your company.  I can provide character references from 
community leaders if necessary.

*Time Frame:* September 15 -- January 15

*Requirements:* High Speed internet access, key access to the building 
(so I can come in early or work in the evenings if needed), ability to 
send and receive shipments from UPS and FEDEX.

*Budget:* $300/month
