NEW CLASSES BEING OFFERED THROUGH COMMUNITY EDUCATION

Gluten Free Baking

This class is for those who would like to learn the basics of gluten 
free baking.  We will learn which flours are gluten free, and the 
"how-to" of achieving a quality baked product. Interested in freshly 
ground, whole grain gluten-free baking?

Dianna will demonstrate ow this can be achieved too, using the Harvest 
Grain Mill. Recipes will be included in the hand-out packet. 
Taste-testing of finished gluten free baked products. If you want to 
avoid the huge learning curve that goes with gluten free baking class, 
this class is for you!

Fun With Dehydrating

Learn the basics of dehydrating and experience the how-to of dried 
fruit, fruit roll-ups, granola, dehydrated veggies, winter fresh salsa, 
crispy nuts, smoothie greens mix, crackers and more! All of these 
goodies are considered “raw” because they are dehydrated at low temps, 
meaning live enzymes are preserved and therefore foods retain more 
nutrients. This class will inspire you with new food preservation ideas 
and meals. Lots of sampling! Dianna will be demonstrating with the 
Excalibur Dehydrator, but technique and recipes can be used with most 
any dehydrator or oven.
