Dear Members of the Chamber of Commerce.
We just joined the Chamber in Jan and I want to introduce myself and the 
two businesses that I represent.

My name is Jake Olson.  My office is in the Mora Mini Mall.  I have 
lived in Mora for the past 2 and a half years, but grew up here and 
graduated from Mora High School in 1996. Prior to moving to Mora with my 
wife and two kids, we were living in Adana Turkey, where I lived for 8 
years.  I am alumni of St Cloud Technical College (A.A. Architectural 
Construction Technology) and Bemidji State (B.A. Business Administration.)

The company I run full time is called FishFlix.com.  We are an 
e-commerce business that sells Christian DVDs through our website . We 
currently have one full time employee and a handful of part timers and 
contractors.  The company is owned by my brother-in-law who lives in 
Tulsa OK.  He is a medical doctor and released the operation of the 
company to me about a year ago when we moved the company to Mora.

I also have a small business called Home Town Hummus. I learned a family 
recipe for hummus by apprenticing with one of my wife’s relatives in 
Antioch Turkey who is a Hummus maker.  The vision is to bring the 
amazing flavors of Rana’s home town to my home town. We sell hummus 
through the Bread n Honey Pantry and hope to one day have a larger 
hummus business (wholesale, food truck, who knows?)  For now it’s more 
of a micro business.

*If there’s ever any way we can serve you, please let me know. * I’m 
always looking for ways to get the word out about our website and my 
hummus.  Donating to events like silent auctions, etc is something I’m 
always eager to do.  Part of my vision is that FishFlix.com and Home 
Town Hummus would an extension of me doing my part to make Mora a better 
place to live, work or visit.

On a very timely level, I wanted to let you all know that I’m doing a 
special event-  “The Home Town Hummus Pita Sale 
<https://www.facebook.com/events/1408373786128315/>” - at Bread n Honey 
this weekend (Friday from 3:30-5:50 & Saturday from 9:00 – Noon).  I’ll 
be making my homemade pita bread available to go with my hummus ($5 for 
a bag of 4, $5 for a tub of Hummus).  We’ll be sampling hummus and pita 
as well.  Hummus and Pita is a perfect Super Bowl snack.   You can 
guarantee availability by pre-ordering on my Facebook page or at Bread n
