Hi friends,
I am going to offer a 6 weeks beginning meditation class at the History 
Center in Mora.   The first class will be October 22nd.   I’ll be 
leveraging the teachings of “The Himalayan Yoga Meditation Tradition” 
  and the class approach used at  “ The Meditation Center”  in Northeast 
MPLS to introduce basic meditation and relaxation practices.
Please join us if you can.   I’m asking people to register for the class 
via a phone call or email so I will have a better idea of how many to 
plan for.   Info is on the attached flyer.
I’d also ask your help in sharing this flyer wherever you might feel 
comfortable and inviting anyone that may be interested to join the class.
